Each workshop is custom scoped with your team: format, length, audience, and facilitator. Multi-session group coaching and team coaching engagements are priced the same way.
Contract terms, built around Huntress
One-year term.Standard for us. No multi-year pressure, we earn the renewal with the data.
Built for September 26.Decision by mid-September leaves time to communicate to teammates the week your current contract ends, with coaching live immediately after.
Flat fee if you prefer it.Most companies get better value from usage-based pricing, but if a predictable invoice matters for budgeting, we can structure a license model too.
Coaches who've done the job.
Three coaches from the bench, chosen because their operating background matches Huntress's world. Illustrative: every teammate gets curated options and a say in their match. Behind them sits a bench of 300+ ICF-credentialed coaches.

Why Boon vs. BetterUp.
Coach quality is table stakes at this level. The differences are commercial shape, data access, and how the partnership behaves.
Competitor descriptions reflect publicly available product information as of August 2026.
The question isn't whether credible coaches exist on either platform. It's which model fits how Huntress actually uses coaching: broad access, real but selective usage, and a team that wants the data without the tier.
A transition built for September 26.
Switching vendors is mostly a communication problem, and it's ours to carry.
Change the model, keep the promise.
Every teammate still has coaching whenever they need it.
A certified human coach within days, insight without surveillance, and a partner that earns the renewal every year.
